Building Pathways for Mothers’ Mental Wellbeing
The European project "Mum Support" has the objective of building capacity of 3 EU organisations to enhance their practices and provide effective, inclusive support for new mothers’ mental wellbeing.
Recognising that the transition into motherhood can be both transformative and challenging, the project adopts a holistic and innovative approach that integrates play-learning, coaching, gamification, change management, and art & cultural heritage as tools for personal growth and emotional resilience.
The project involves partners from Italy, Norway and Turkiye.

An interactive and inclusive pathway designed for educators to effectively support the mental wellbeing of new mothers.
We combines innovative methods such as play-learning, coaching, gamification, change management, EU values and art & cultural heritage as powerful tools for emotional support, learning, and social inclusion.
The package will include ready-to-use materials for 45-minute workshops and a comprehensive facilitator’s guide offering practical tips, inclusive language guidance, and reflection points.
